After-Hours Emergency Service

Understanding the following steps will help our company serve you better. You will always speak with a live representative. After Hours are considered any weekday after 5:00 PM, all weekends and holidays.

W.F. HANN emergency service procedures:

• A live after-hours customer service representative will take your call and compile the following info: Name, Address, Phone and Maintenance Plan Status
• Our representative will then electronically dispatch the info to one of our on-call technicians.
• Once received, our technician will return a phone call to the number you provided.
• The qualified technician will assess your emergency by asking you a few questions pertaining to the problem, quote service rates and give you the estimated time of arrival.
• The following morning, our office will call you to follow up on the progress of the original call.

*During busier seasons, the technician may be on a service call at the time of dispatch with your information. Please understand that the technician will return your call as soon as possible.

**During peak air conditioning season, we require our technicians to work during sufficient daylight in order to ensure their safety. An exception to this would be documented medical conditions of our customers.
